This Digital Privacy Policy describes, in compliance with European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”) and the applicable national legislation, the methods of processing personal data of clients/users/visitors who use the institutional website of Web Leaders S.r.l. Unipersonale (www.webleaders.it). 

• IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

• CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED RELATED TO THE WEBSITE

The personal data processed are those you have provided or that have been lawfully obtained by the Data Controller. The types and methods of data processing related to the website are described below:

Browsing/Website Operation Data.
The IT, telematic, and software systems used for the operation of the websites acquire, during their normal functioning, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes, for example, IP addresses, date and time of access, pages visited (URI/URL), numerical codes indicating the status of the server response, the method used to submit the request to the server, the names of the devices used to connect to the sites, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

• PROVISION OF DATA

Except as stated above regarding browsing data and in the notices provided in the individual sections of the aforementioned channels, providing data for additional purposes is optional. • PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS, AND RETENTION PERIOD

The Data Controller processes your Personal Data to achieve specific purposes and only when there is a legal basis established by the applicable privacy and data protection laws. The following list covers all processing activities carried out by Web Leaders S.r.l. Unipersonale to enable you to use the digital channels and to allow the Controller to ensure their proper operation and compliance with regulations.

The Data Controller processes your Personal Data for the following purposes, legal bases, and retention periods:

legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller;

retention: personal data are stored for a maximum of 360 days and subsequently deleted or anonymized;

ascertainment, exercise, or defense of a right of the Data Controller in judicial proceedings:

legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller;

retention: personal data are kept for the entire duration of the claim and/or extrajudicial and/or judicial proceedings until all terms for judicial remedies and/or appeals have expired.

• RECIPIENTS AND PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS DATA

Your Personal Data are processed by employees, collaborators of the Controller, or external parties acting as authorized persons and data processors, who perform technical and organizational tasks on behalf of the Controller, based on specific instructions provided by the Controller.

• TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

In pursuing some of the purposes indicated in point 5, your Personal Data may be transferred outside the EU. Should the data be transferred to third parties located outside the EU (e.g., the USA), the transfer will take place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, Chapter V, Articles 44 et seq. In particular, the transfer will occur either to a third country deemed adequate under Article 45 of the GDPR or to a third country that ensures an adequate level of protection of Personal Data, following verification by the Data Controller and the application of the safeguards provided for in Article 46 of the GDPR.

• DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS 

The regulations grant the Data Subject the right to exercise specific rights listed in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, including the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists (i.e., access), to receive such data in an intelligible form, as well as to request its rectification or deletion, or to restrict its processing in whole or in part. The Data Subject also has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing, and/or to withdraw consent to processing at any time (subject to the indicated consequences), to request the portability of their data with regard to data processed based on specific consent, and to request that their data be updated. 

The Data Subject has the right to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the Controller, and the entities to whom the data may be communicated. 

The Data Subject also has the right to request the anonymization, restriction, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. Furthermore, they may file a complaint regarding the unauthorized processing of their data with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) according to the procedures published on the Authority’s website (http://www.garanteprivacy.it/).

• RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been carried out in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) — by e-mail at garante@gpdp.it or by post to the Authority’s office located in Rome (Italy), Piazza Venezia 11, Scala B, CAP 00187 — as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation, or seek judicial remedy as provided for in Article 79 of the Regulation.

This privacy notice may be subject to changes over time due to the entry into force of new regulations, the updating and/or provision of new services, or technological developments.
