Purpose of Processing

The personal data you provide by completing the aforementioned form on the Company’s website will be processed, including through electronic and IT tools, by the Data Controller for the purpose of considering your application in the personnel selection process and verifying whether you possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the positions sought by the Company.

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis justifying the processing of your personal data for the above purposes is the pre-contractual phase related to the personnel selection processes carried out by the Company.

Consequences of Failing to Provide Personal Data

Failure to provide such personal data will make it impossible for you to participate in the selection process conducted by the Company.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to carry out the selection process, quantified as 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of their collection. In the event of employment or the signing of a collaboration contract, the data contained in your CV or in other documents you have submitted through this form will be retained for the entire duration of the employment relationship.

Recipients of Data

The company responsible for the maintenance and technical support of the Data Controller’s IT systems may have access to your personal data. This company has been appointed by the Controller as Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, and access is limited solely to this purpose.

The complete and constantly updated list of appointed Data Processors, which by its nature may change over time, is available upon request from the Controller at any time by writing to info@webleaders.it.

Other employees of the Company may also have access to your personal data. Each person authorized to process the data is specifically identified, authorized, and trained, and acts based on the specific instructions provided by the Company regarding the purposes and methods of data processing.

Data Subject Rights

The Data Controller informs you that, as a Data Subject, you are entitled, under Articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and within the limits set forth therein, to:
